Mary and Laura magazine

Being a homeschool family ourselves, we know first hand how expensive magazine subscriptions and homeschool curriculm can be. We aim to homeschool our children on a very limited budget and therefore will endeavour to keep the costs of our magazine as low as possible. We also understand the daunting prospect of paying for and ordering something new without being able to preview it and see if it will work for your family. Living in Australia poses this problem for us continually as many of the curriculm publishers and suppliers are overseas and there aren't too many homeschooling expos over here.

Because of this we are offering 3 sample issues available to your family free of cost or obligation, to download from our website (see below). We are sure you will love them and want to sign up for a subscription for the full length magazine (each sample is about half the length of the full magazine and the resolution of the photos is lower for fast downloadability) as soon as you've had a look at them, but we want you to be happy with your decision to subscribe. If you enjoyed the free sample issues of the magazine and would like to subscribe and be a regular reader, the price is AU$2.00 per issue or receive a discount subscription for pre-payment of the remaining 7 issues for 2008 at AU$12 total. We are planning by the end of 2008 to be publishing “Mary and Laura” on the 1st of each month but there may be one or two hiccups until then while we get everything running smoothly, so please be patient if we happen to be a day or two late occasionally in sending them out.

Maybe even one day will grow big enough for a full-colour printed paper magazine to send snailmail with the postman!

We are hoping in the future to have an automatic payment and download system set up on the internet, (before 2009) but until we sort that out, payments can be made via your paypal account to our email address. When you go to pay via paypal, you will have the option to choose to pay in Australian dollars which currently converts to US$11something, but paypal makes the currency conversion easy!
